Hello: I am seeking information on any Redd's that migrated from Virginia to Georgia with Slaves. My ggrandfather was Anderson Redd of Big Sandy Ga. Chatahoochee co.I believe he might have been the slave of William Redd of Muscogee co. These counties were both part of the Creek cessions of land to the U.S. Anderson is listed on the 1870 census as being from Virginia, and was considered a Mulatto along with his wife and children. Thank's
