Hi Megan,

I have gotten stuck at 1795. That is as far as I have gotten back. Did I tell you that we found the mother of all of these boys was Catherine Redner? We don't know who her husband is. It is possible she did not have one. We are wondering if Jacob Lewis is the father of the boys, though he was married to someone else. He had left many of the Redner boys his money and land when he died. Anyway, my Dad took the DNA match test with Family Tree, and he matched up with a few people. Many of them have ancestors from England. The DNA test matches the male decendent with a direct male ancestor. So somewhere back there these people he mathces have the same male ancestor. Did I make that understandable? So far it looks like the Redners are more English than anything else. Well that is all I have. My son is getting married on the 26th and it is crazy around here. Good to hear from you. Susan
