Susan, You have corresponded with my father in the past, Richard Redner, or Skipis, as you may know him from his e-mail address. I think the dead ends he had encountered discouraged him, and now his computor is down. I have taken over as the family genealogist for now. I have studied your research. It is very thorough. You probably have more information than anyone on the Redners. I still have not found our connection to the Reddenhausen line. We did find a civil war pension document from James Redner's son Joel, that states that James was born in Ireland. We have doubts about it. It seems genuine enough, but we are having a hard time believing it. Have you run across any Redners from Ireland? Also, I am curious about John Redner and Hannah Wilson. Do you think you have the entire list of their children. I had been hoping they could be James parents. Have you found any proof to connect John Redner and Hannah Wilson to the Reddenhausen line? I will appreciate any information you can share with me.
