In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Reeger of Penn Township in the County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania being of good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my will and testament in manner followingThat is to say I order that all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will and the expenses of erecting a tomb stone at my grave the same as the one at the grave of my deceased wife be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and every part thereof I giveand bequeathto my deceased wifes Sisters and Brothers who may be living at the time of the settlement of my Estate the sum of three hundred dollars to be equally divided between them share and share alike.I give and bequeath to Hettie Bitz widow of Philip Bitz Deceased of Penn Township Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania the sum of Twenty five Dollars I give and bequeath to my Mary one half of the remainder of my personal Estate. Excepting my share of the Estate of my Brother Jacob Reeger deceased or such part thereof as I shall not have received at my death which I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Bush wife of Levi Bush, and Elizabeth Klingensmith Wife of Joseph Klingensmith of Penn Township Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania to be equally divided between them share and share alike, I give and bequeath to John Stump Michael Reeger and Samuel Silvis of Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania Samuel Reeger of Indiana County state of Pennsylvania ( my nephews) the Remainder of my personal and real estate to be divided as follows.John Stump Michal Reeger and Samuel Reeger to have equall shares and Samuel Silvis to have half as much s either John Stump Michal Reeger and Samuel Reeger I direct that the real Estate of which I die seized or possessed shall be sold by my executor for its reasonable value one fourth to be paid at the time of sale and one fourth in one year from the time of sale and the remainder one half to remain unpaid until the death of my wife. If she be living at my death and the interest to be paid to her annually.If my wife is not living at my death the remaining half is to be paid in two years from the date of sale I constitute and appoint H. P. Sauffer and John Snyder both of penn Township Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania my executors of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of September A.D. 1868.
Signed sealed and published and declared by the said Thomas Reeger as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
