I am looking for info on her as well. We MAY be descended from that John Thornton's son John Thornton. We do not know as of yet but the pieces are falling into place. Revolutionary war service, the Grays, the Clarks, and others all served in the PA artillery together. They apparently were also in NC and TN and MO together as well.

What do you know about the Reifsnyder and Thornton families of PA?
