I am responding to your messages posted on the genweb forum for the Reifsnyder surname. I believe we may be related through my great grandmother Flora Alice. Let me tell you what I know about my Reifsnyder family tree. The father of Flora Alice was an Enos Reifsnyder, born in Perry County in 1842. He married a Rebecca (Elm). He was a civil war soldier, serving in the Pennsylvania volunteers (regiment 107, Co. B). His children were: Flora Alice (b. 1868), Margaret or Maggie (b. 1869) (you mentioned a Margaret in your message), Warren (b. 1870), Emmett (b. 1865) and twins, Lydia and Virginia (b. 1874). Are any of these Reifsnyders in your family tree ??? I know there is some connection to the Renova area and Williamsport PA. My grandmother Flora Rebecca (daughter of Flora Alice) visited relatives in the Williamsport area yearly. I hope we have some connections here. I am also looking for information about a "Sister" Reifsnyder, married to a Harry Miller, and an Annie R. Reifsnyder, born in 1863 in Centre County and a Mary "Mame" Reifsnyder, buried in Renovo. I also have in my records a Henry W. Reifsnyder (b. in 1867). I hope I have given you enough info to form a connection. Looking forward to hearing from you.
