I used 'Family Tree DNA' http://www.familytreedna.com
very efficient and professional. Good prices, too [even cheaper when 1 used to = $2 !!, unlike now.]
I think the 37 marker test is sufficient.
They post you a kit, you take a mouth swab, return it, very easy and a quick service.
For me, it's important to know 'where I came from' cos certificates can always lie !
