I am trying to find anything out on my Great Great Grandparents, and Grand Parents.

Great Grandmother was baptised Harriett Rendle Nov.8 1829 in Tamerton, Foilett, Devonshire.
Her Parents are listed on the record as Richard, and Ann Rendle. I think Ann's maiden name is Tipper. Richard is listed as a labourer.
Ceremony was performed by a Wm. Snowden? can't read it well.
On 1850 Feb.3, Harriet Randall of Newport, married Jacob Beecham, collier, resident of Newport.
Harriet's Father is listed as Richard Randall, labouror.
Jacob's Father is listed as Philip Beecham, Collier.
They were married in The Church Of St.Paul. Newport Mon.
The marriage was witnessed by Ann Harris, and James Powell.
All signed with a x mark.
I know this is my Family.
Jacob Beacham was born in Somerset,Norton, Wales. Philip Beacham, and Maria Ashman are his Parents.
I have seen Harriet's maiden name spelled as Rundle, and Rundall. As they could not read, thier names were often spelled wrong.
I would love to know Hichard's Parents, and Ann Tipper's Parents. Can someone help me?
