From Santa Rosa, Feb. 23 -- The Supreme Court, after several months consideration, confirmed the rulings of the lower Court which found James RENFREW guilty of murder in the 1st degree, on Feb. 2, 1870, and was sentenced to be hanged March 3, 1870. Hon. W.C. WALLACE today sentenced RENFREW to be hanged on the 29th day of April next.
