Hey Robbin, Thanks for the response. Yes this is the family. I am a descendant of Andrew Jackson Renick and Sarah Alice (Bean) Brewster. The #1 William H Renick was the son of William Renick and Phoebe Titus. The H. stands for Hamilton, which is on a MS land deed in 1842 recently uncovered by Jane Armstrong. William Hamilton Renick married Margaret Logan on 25 July 1834 in Shelby Co TN. My question is still unanswered as to how Laura (Renick) King is related to Andrew Jackson Renick. I have found some veiled references that Laura was NOT the daughter of Margaret (Logan) Renick but possibly of Margaret's daughter Mary who eventually married Rufus Vowell in 1859 and died a year later in childbirth. I don't have a death date for Margaret (Logan) Renick. My search of this family has that Orba Lee Renick's wife was Annie May BROWN not Hickman. Her mother was Annie May Rasberry. She married a Brown, divorced, married 2 to a Hickman. and 3d to an Adcock. There was a 4th marriage. Annie Renick was the daughter of the Brown marriage but she maintained close ties with the Hickmans through her mother's tumultuous marriages. I wish you would privately share the source of the info you posted. Thanks, Harold in New Orleans
