Hey Anna, how are you?

Best person to speak to about this for starters is my mother - she got really into it a while ago.

This is what I have gleaned from her and from some of our other cousins and so on:

Our grandparents were Arthur Renouf and Olive Tovey. Arthur had 6? brothers, including Cliff, Claude and Edgar (I think) and they came from Guernsey. The youngest brother is still alive I think. Uncle Claude died a few weeks ago. I think, before the occupation, Arthur and Cliff were living in England, either in Hampshire or in the Chichester area. I think most of the others had to live through the Nazi occupation of the Channel Islands. Apparently, legend has it that our grandfather escaped on the last onion boat or something.

Somewhere along the line we are related to William Brehaut.

If you're still interested talk to my mum - I get so confused when they start trying to work out who is related to whom! Drop me an email if you fancy a chat.
