My Renouf's were said to have come from Normandy to Guernsey in around 1030 and held a fief there. I can trace my family back to 1720's in St Andrews Guernsey where they were farmers. Gradually they moved off the land[late 1880's] and took up other occupations. Some family went to USA in 1830's and others to Australia 1850's My immediate family is now found only in England and New Zealand.
I'm keen to know more about their time in Normandy
