Mark: I think we are from different Repps. There is no conection with Reppert that I have ever found (in about 10 yrs of research) altho I find the name a lot as I search Repp. I descend from Casper Repp, the immigrant (1737). They settled in Berks and then Schuylkill cty, PA. About 1825 several of them (my Peter, Conrad, and Solomon) relocated to Harrisville twp, Medina cty, OH. Repps did a lot of intermarrying with Bensinger and Keim (Kime)who were contemporaries in Schuylkill and moved to OH at the same time. I was actually born in Medina cty, lived my early childhood in Wayne cty, but grew up in Ashland cty. All in all, these locations were not much more than 10-15 miles apart. I married an OH girl in Indiana where I went to college and then relocated to Dallas, TX where I spent my career as an engineer in military aircraft. I retired a number of years ago and entered politics, serving in the Texas legislature and am now Mayor of Duncanville, TX. I went to college with an Ed Goodhart who, I think was from Chambersburg. Look him up. Stay in touch. Glenn
