Lord help us, we all could have been! We were certainly blessed!

The German people all seem to be so talented with their hands. My great grandfather, Frederick, came to the U.S. and went into business as a tailor who traveled from plantation to plantation, making all the clothes for them, in a covered wagon. My mother was a pianist, seamstress, crocheted and did so many things with her hands. I am a retired art teacher, seamstress, etc. So, I was wondering, did you inherit this hand/eye co-ordination?

What I really wanted to say was I have a Casper Repp who enlisted in the Civil War, 17 August 1861, in PA. Is this perhapes the son/grandson of your Casper? I have seen him several times with my Frederick, along with George, John and William. Frederick enlisted 1 July 1863 in PA.

God's blessings
Louvenia
