Repps from the Palouse Country, Washington State

Does anyone have any info on the Repp's who came from
Russia before the turn of the century. They were ethnic
Germans living in Russia who migrated, I believe, first
to Kansas, and then on to the Palouse Country of Washington
State, before finally settling in Snohomish, Washington, where my Father was born. I believe my Great Grandfather, John Henry Repp
(born in 1873) came from a town in Russia called Yagodnaya,
Polyanya ?? He and my Great Grandmother, Willamina (Minni)
Reinke (Repp) had my Grandmother, Edna Repp (Heck) in 1899.
John and Minni Repp had many children besides my Grandmother. I am particularly interested in any relations
in Washington and in Kansas. Also, if you have any info
as to where in Russia they really came from...I looked on
an old National Geographic Atlas Map and Yagodnaya, Polyanya appears to be in an area just to the east of the
Urals (in Siberia??) Is this where the Repp family came
to settle initially when they arrived from Germany? What
year did they move from Germany to Russia? Where in
Germany were they from originally. Thanks so much. Any
information would be greatly appreciated.
