Ian,

As far as I have been able to gather, Repp is a Germanic name with origins in many of the Germanic areas of Europe. I have found people with Repp origins from Germany, Austria, Russia, and Romania. I have been told it means fabric or tailor or something to do with that. If anyone has any other info or meanings please let me know. Thanx.
