Shelli,

Yes, I meant that Louis and Lucy were children of Mary. Louis was my great grandfather and according to oral family history died rather young. He is believed to have died in western Tennessee, eastern Arkansas or southeastern Missouri! Not many facts as you can see.

Do you know how the Pitts came to be in Lauderdale County? This might be a clue as to how the Revis' migrated there. Our family "just appeared" in the 1880 census. Not a clue as to how they arrived. Lauderdale County wasn't formed until about that time.

Please keep me informed of your progress. We have the same relation to Mary Revis as you can see. Will keep you posted on our progress.
