Revis in the Netherlands

Well, this is new for me! There are a whole lot more Revis family-members...I always thought it was a very rare surname. In the Netherlands we are a small family. We live in the Netherlands thanks to my grandfather, who immigrated from Belgium. He had 4 sons en they have 11 children alltogether. It is easy to find in a telephone-book or so, when you´re with so few in a country. My two sons are the first of the new Dutch Revis generation.

My uncle sorted out there is a William Revis in the 17e century. That´s about all I know about family-history.

Do we have an connection with other Revis families?
