Could you please clarify whether the name of your stepdad is Clyde William or Willaim Clyde?? We have both. There is a William Revis b 1898 d 1964 SC, who certainly is possible but you need to give a time for birth of the gentleman, such as your stepdad's birth minus at least 20 years for a search timeframe. Regrettably, not many folks from the SC branch particpate in the Reavis List, but you might post there as well. Some of us merge the different spellings of the name so we can keep track of folks. But if the man was in SC he is originally of the Reavis family. Too many of the same names!
