You could try looking at Wilk obituaries in the Providence Journal and see if any of them mention a daughter/sister named Genevieve. It costs about $3 per article.

The only one I'm seeing so far was Genevieve Wilk age 20 on the 1930 census (probably too old to be yours). She was married to a Stanley Przekop. He died in 1990 and she in 1999. The Providence Journal website search page is:
