WARWICK --- Elmer A. Albrecht, 85, formerly of 1811 Warwick Ave., a truck driver for Uniroyal in Providence for 28 years before retiring in 1968, died Wednesday at Coventry Health Center. He was the husband of the late Mary J. (Place) Albrecht.
Born in Detroit, Mich., he was a son of the late Gus and Mary (Schlichting) Albrecht.
He leaves a son, Jack W. Albrecht of Marysville, Mich.; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be tomorrow at 9:15 a.m. from Peter J. Barrett Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Timothy's Church, Warwick Avenue. Burial arrangements are incomplete.
