I'm not related and I'm not sure she even had any descendants, but I think you may possibly have the correct Ann. I have access to an index of RI vitals and Rebecca's death in 1902 gives her father's name as Joseph. It also gives the mother's name as Nancy, but it could be an error. Also possible is that Ann's full/baptismal name was "Nancy Ann". I wonder if the "M" middle initial on all the census records is just for her maiden name. I have seen that done before. Also in support of your theory is that Freelove/Rebecca is born c1820 according to her age on more than one record. That would mean her parents definitely married before 1820. Like I said, I'm not related but I check the forums everyday and try to help when I can. If you want/need more help just email me and I will do what I can.

Providence, RI deaths
