Help find these BELL's

My brother-in-laws grandparents are

Alphonse Joseph Bell
born: 1875 Canada

Hermine [Minnie] Rocheleau
born: Nov 1874 RI [probably Central Falls area]

They married in RI 1899.

My issue is I cannot locate Alphonse's parents.

From census records it appears he came from Canada at a young age < 10.

Anyone have any ideas????
