I think the Providence Journal might have a service where they will lookup an obit for a small fee if you know the date. Their website is www.projo.com
I see Elizabeth Lorenzo in Johnston 1930 is a widow. Do you already have the death date of her husband so you could get his obit and death record also? I think I found his date of death. There was an Antonio Dilorenzo who died 8 Sept 1922 in Providence, age 55 yrs, son of Vincenzo and Filomena. The age is close enough to be the correct person. The state archives is also a great deal. They charge peanuts for death records from this era.
