Dear Dick,

Unfortunately, my post was vague as I don't have any other info on Junia Smith Mowry other than the dates and places where he lived (which I have collected from other trees on the internet), that he married Nancy Manchester, and that he had my ggg-grandmother, Martha Mowry. I have seen several people with trees referring to the Mowry family on the net, so I do have names for other spouses, children and parents of his, but I have been unsuccessful in getting a response from anyone that has posted these trees, and was hoping one of them might get in touch with me so that I can gain some evidence to back up this info. And as I live in England, trying to find the records myself (besides what has been posted on Ancestry.com), is very difficult. I guess I am hoping for some more concrete evidence than what I have seen on the internet (i.e. an obituary, info on a grave location, or any kind of documentation or news articles so that I have evidence to back up my info and so that I can learn a bit more about his life as I currently don't know anything about him, his wife or even his daughter Martha). I have only found him in one census record - the 1860 census in Clinton Co., Iowa - so absolutely anything at this point would be extremely helpful.

If you do have Mowry contacts, or you happen to have access to any information at all about him, I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance for your help!

Kind regards,
AJ
