Hall Family in the 1790's

I've tried for many years to find the parents of my ancestor Sarah "Sallie" Hall. She was born in Providence Co. June 11, 1796. She married John Millard about 1815, & then moved to Washington Co. Ohio. On an old post card I've found info suggesting her father was a Nathaniel Hall born 1774 Providence, grandfather Levi Hall. I can't find a Nathaniel Hall who fits the profile. There was a Levi Hall who married Sarah Hunt in 1770 in Providence, but their son Nathaniel is thought to have been born much later than 1774. Any help appreciated.
