Church House was erected at 122 Fountain St., Providence, in 1912 by the Rev. Frank H. Decker, an Episcopal minister. Can anyone Please tell me what was there previously? A family member, James Frank SLOAN, died at that address in 1908, and I'd like to know if it was a residence, tenement, hotel, or ?? He was the widow of Annie Carr Sloan who died in 1891. Thank you.
