Looking for George R. Miller, b. 1850 in Rhode Island. He is the father of Lucy Kenyon Miller (see post #10163 this forum) who married Frank W. Fisher. According to the 1880 census, he was living in Richmond, Washington Co. RI with his wife Hattie W.(also b. 1850) and three daughters:Lucy b. 1870, Fannie b. 1875, Celia E. b. 1878. Also in the household was an "Aunt" named Caroline Kenyon, age 65, b. RI.
This is all the information I have on my greatgrandmother. I know that Celia married John H. O'Connel and raised a family in Stonington Co. CT, but they never had any grandchildren. I had no idea there was a Fannie Miller until I found the 1880 census, maybe she died young. Lucy had three children as outlined in post #10163.
Any information about this family, found while doing a look-up or otherwise, would be greatly appreciated. I seem to be the last of this dead family and it's awful hard to do RI gen from Alabama. Thanks in advance.
