Looking for the children of Oliver nd Cynthia (Burdick) White. Oliver is the son of Oliver and Mary (Sherman) White b 1759 in Hopkinton RI and died April 10, 1834 in Adams Centre, Jefferson County, New York Ctnthia Burdick is the daughter of Robert and Hannah (Hall) Burdick b December 05, 1761 in Hopington, Rhode Island and d February 21, 1845 in Adams, Jefferson County, New York The 1790 and 1800 census seem to indicated that they had many children. The following are known to be their Childre: Hannah b December 16, 1781; Clark b April 16, 1783; Clarissa b February 04, 1792 who married Joseph Greene In Brookfield, NY abt 1814; Cynthia b September 1793 m Jonathan Greene abt 1816. She died August 15, 1871 Greene Settlement, Adams, Jefferson, NY
They are also thought to be the parents of Samuel S b October 17, 1796 in Hopkinton, RI and who resided in Allegany County, NY; Also Charlotte White b July 1903 and who married Moses Kemp. These have not been validated however.
The Oliver's pension papers filed in 1832 in Jefferson county places him in Alfred, Allegany Co., NY in 1816 and also in Brookfield , Madison, Co NY. An Oliver White and family resided in Alfred NY in 1820.They resided in Washington, Hopkinton, RI during the 1790 and 1800 census.
