Thanks for the heads up!I do in fact have an ancestor who looks to be born there out of wedlock in 1806.Her mother though was a town resident so they ponied up the $$ for support.No father mentioned in the council records so maybe I will get lucky.Below is link to scan of Exeter TC entry.
