I dont find many Tourgee names inExeter...I did find a Marriage Mary Tourgee and Rhodes Wilcox Perkins and strange enough had a son Silas Tourgee Perkins...Perhaps Mary had this child then married Perkins and the child carried the Perkins name??..................You can Contact me directly if you like
