The Rial spelling is only one variation of the name Ryal, Royal, Royle, Ryles, Ryall &
Ryle. These names are English place names given to persons who lived near Ryal or Ryle in Cheshire or Ryal in Yorkshire. The meaning is 'rye hill'.

Ryle is a common first name in branches of
Kentucky Ryles. Great name.
