Somehow the Daniel Rial/Ryal family arrived in New Jersey in 1740, they lived on Samuel Wells farm (whether as tenents or as owners I don't know). Supposedly Daniel ws married to Phoebe Kenan-unproven- and they had a group of children. Daniel Jr seems to have stayed in NJ, know nothing about him except he gave information on his brother-in-laws Rev. War Pension application where he stated that he always lived in NJ. Isaac married Catherine DeVore and in the early 1800s started to move toward Lawrence Co, Ohio, with brief stops in Pa and Dilly's Bottom, Belmont Co, Ohio Joseoph probably about the same time took his wife and children into Genesee Co, Ny where they stayed for a generation or two. Mary and her husband moved to Pa. Where are Samuel, William, Halsey, Daniel Jr., and Elizabeth?

The problems are--I would like to find all the siblings lines and I would like to prove once and for all whether my grandfather was right in his idea that the family had originally come from Massachusetts. His cousin, John, and he argued many times over the "just off the boat from Scotland" and "down from Ma" Any cousin replies heartily accepted and any help on the Ma bit greatly appreciated.
