Further to Anthony Ribble of Lincoln;
Certification re: Wounds sustained by Anthony Ribble, a Private in the 2nd Battalion of the Lincoln Militia was severely wounded at the Battle of Chippewa (War of 1812) on the 5th of July, 1814 by a rifle ball entering about the centre of the ???pubis and coming out the right buttock;
which wound prevent him from earnig his livelihood by hand labour
Signed at the Falls of Niagara this 29th day of January, 1816 by Robert Kerrs(?)
