This photo was taken by my great-uncle Rufus Ribble. He lived in Mt. Hope, WV and was a commercial photograher and specialized in photographing coal miners and railroad workers in the 20s, 30s and 40s. My Dad tells me that some of his work was on display at the capital in Charleston, WV. He died in the early 1960s.
