San Martino Canavese

My name is Jean-Marc Ricca. My family originates from San Martino Canavese, a little village near Ivrea (Torino, Piemonte).
At the beginning of last century, some went to France (Oyonnax, and then Lyon) and others immigrated to the USA (Illinois). Last we met was in 1917, when the US soldiers went to France.
I am from the french part and still go to Italy where we have numerous relatives in the village.
Does it ring a bell ?

I now live in Princeton NJ
