My grandfather Louis Ricca came to the US around 1890, +/-5 years, from northern Italy, sp. a small town, Ivrea, NE of Torino and settled in Philadelphia. He was born around 1865 and married Clara Richieda while still in Italy. My father, Louis, was born in 1914, the youngest of 8 children. He and his siblings all settled in the Philadelphia/New York/New Jersey region.
