Cesarie Richer's parents were Louis Richer Sr. & Mary Parent.
She was born in 1846 and Desire was born in 1841, they were married Sept. 15, 1874 in Cloud County, Kansas. She was the half sister of my great grandfather. I am slowly putting this line of the family together and any help would be gratefull.
