Hi Karen
All I know about my Ambrose Rideout is that he is born c1775 m. 1795 Tollard Royal Wiltshire, Charlotte Bennett. They had four children including Ambrose b. c1795 and James b. c1801. James was my great-great-grandfather. He married Caroline Bennett and they emigrated to NSW Australia in 1838. I don't know anymore about the other son Ambrose. They did not have a daughter Elizabeth. Sorry I can't help.
