Nathaniel Alexander RIDEOUT b.c1829 ME? m. Frances Walton/Waters DONNELL

I am trying to find the Parents of Nathaniel "Nathan" Alexander RIDEOUT who I guess to have been born c1829 prob. ME and possibly the Brunswick, ME area. He married Frances Walton or Waters DONNELL according the Rev. Charles N. Sinnett's genealogy on James MERRILL of Gloucester, MA.
Nathan and Frances had two daughters that married descendants of James Merrill's and his wife Ruth HATCH.
One daughter was Wealthy Ann Rideout who married a Mr. TROTT.
Another daughter was a Sabra Ellen RIDEOUT who married a Charles Milton TROTT.
Wealthy was born in 1856 and Sabra in 1863 Lee and Lincoln, ME, however both daughters might have been born in the same town.
If anyone has any idea who this Nathaniel Alexander RIDEOUT might be, I would be most greatful.
I am curious about him because my 3rd grt. grandparents are James ALEXANDER and Sophronia RIDEOUT.
Nathaniel's name seems like a combo of both of their names but his estimated date of birth pre-dates the Marriage year of 1836 of my 3rd grt. grandparents by about 7 years.
While still not impossible, I only have one child listed for my 3rd grt. grandparents and that is my 2nd grt. grandmother.
Any thoughts on who this Rideout-Donnell family might be?
Thanks for any help at all.
