I had thought of doing that as well, I have over 12,000 names in my file and 2,500 are Rideoutís but I suspect there are more like 50,000 Rideoutís out there and documenting them might be difficult especially those in Canada etc. I have also noted that there are many more Rideoutís on the Abraham/Mary side vs Abraham/Jemima side. On each side there was a single son the only difference in the families is that on the Abraham/Mary side they lived mostly in Maine and Canada, on the Abraham/Jemima side they lived in Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Maybe the long cold northern winters with nothing to do had something to do with it (smile).
