I have traced back gr grandfather Franz (Frank) Rieger born Wurttenburgh,Germany (from Census). 1880 Census Toledo, Ohio his age given as 46 making birth date 1834, Enlistment in 130th Nat Guard, Ohio Civil War age given as 31, making birth date 1833, and I was told by a distant cousin his birth date was November 15, 1835.
He is supposed to arrived here in US in the 1850's, Hopefully you might have him in your records.
