Delynn: Yes, I have more on Anna Maneke. Her parents were Johann Jürgen Maneke, b. 24 Dec 1832 in Germany; d. 31 Jan 1903. Her mother was Dorothea Brammer, b. 23 Dec 1839 in Germany; d. 19 Apr 1930. Their children, along with my Anna Maneke, were:

Jürgen Heinrich Friedrich Henry Maneke, organist, b. 12 Jan 1860 in Wietzendorf, Germany; d. 21 Jul 1907 in Wietzendorf.

Johann Jürgen Wilhelm Maneke, missionary, b. 19 Aug 1862 in Germany; d. 4 Oct 1941; married Emma Lührs from Hermannsburg(she died 24 Jun 1942).

Anna Marie Dorothea Elizabeth Maneke, b. 3 Jun 1865 in Neetze, Kreis Lüneburg, Germany; d. 28 Jan 1937 in Winlock, Lewis Co., WA; married the Rev. H. H. Rieke on 6 Aug 1885 in Seymour, WI.

Johann Jürgen Friedrich, farmer, b. 19 Mar 1868 in Neetze, Kreis Lüneburg, Germany; d. 4 Dec 1842 in Baven, Kreis Celle, Germany; married Dorothee Marie Engel Rabe in Hermannsburg 7 Jul 1899.

Marie Dorothea Maneke, nurse, b. 9 Jun 1870 in Neetze, Kreis Lüneburg, Germany; d. ?; married ?

Johann Jürgen Heinrich Maneke, missionary, b. 5 May 1873 in Germany; d. 25 Aug 1954 in Lüneburg, Germany; married Marie Kaiser in Celle, Germany, on 16 Nov 1960.

Katharine Marie Margarethe Maneke, b.4 Feb 1876 in Germany; d. ?; married Henry Flathmann, pastor(he was b. 1862, d. 1926).

Anna Maneke meet H. H. Rieke at the Hermannsburg Mission Society in Hermannsburg, Germany, where he was studying to become a Lutheran pastor. He and Anna were engaged there and the left for America in 1884. In 1885 Anna joined him and they were married in Wisconsin. Their first child was born there in 1886. In 1887 they went to Washington Territory to gather the scattered Lutherans into parishes.

Hope this helps. Let know if you are related. Judy Rieke
