This would have been so neat! but I don't think so. If I am following out the same Samuel, born 1789 to Timothy O., he and wife Ann go into Mason County, Illinois and settle there. They are there in 1850. I'm sure our Samuel did not go there. So close, we have to be so close. But where? I am sure that is our Samuel Riggs in Saline County in 1830, with friends close by, Fields, Matlocks and Odells. Not sure about 1840, but he might have been in Boone County. I think he was dead about 1855, because Sebrina remarries in 1856 and goes to Grundy County. He could have moved around a bit more.
How about a Zaddock Riggs born 1753 in N.J. and who died 1846 in MO? Married a Nancy Fleming. Had a Samuel born about 1783 or 1788. Or how about Clisby Riggs, born about 1766 in Rutherford County, N.C. and died 1845 TN. He married a Jane Evans. I see just three kids for them, but the third is a Samuel born about 1803. They have a girl Anna born in 1796. He might be a son of Timothy of 1723, or as some say, a son of Samuel Riggs.
I don't know. Maybe our Samuel was dropped down here from a UFO!
