Is it the Clisby born to Timothy of 1723 that has the son Samuel born about 1803? Looking for a Samuel Riggs born 1796; I see in that family, if it is the right one, that a daughter, Anna, is listed as being born about 1796, then Samuel about 1803. Do you know anything about this Samuel? I am almost sure that our Samuel belongs in this line, maybe to Timothy O., son of the first Timothy. But there are a few wrinkles there, I think. If that Samuel born to Timothy O. about 1789 in CT is the right one, then he probably is not our Samuel. I think he went to Illinois and settled there; our Samuel did not.
