I have this for William Rigby From the Warren Co., Georgia Deed Book B. page
221 Rigbee , William to Thomas Rigbee both of Warren Co. , Deed dated 6
Aug. 1802 , for his undivided interest in 122 acres on the Ogeechee River
being part of the survey granted Joseph Carter , and deeded by James Thweatt
to said William and Thomas Rigbee . Witnesses : John Blackney and Fisker
Gaskin. [ I have ordered this deed and two other ones this week ] I thought
that the 1st one would show when the Rigbee's first got that land.

William Rigby does show up on the 1805 tax list for Warren Co, 1818 Warren
Co. tax list

Montgomery County relating to the deposition of a colonist headright
reserving 640 acres for Joseph Henson.

"12 March 1836

Benjamin Rigsby and wife, Catharina Rigsby to William F. Young MUNICIPILITY
OF WASHINGTON: $600 league bounded by lands of Zachariah Lundrum, Owen
Shannon, Jesse Beck, William Landrum. Land known as Benjamin Rigby
headright. Reserves 1/2 of undivided league for heirs of Thomas Taylor
"which they gave him for furnishing money to clear out
of the Office." Further reservation made of 640 acres for Joseph Henson's
benefit. 25 acres reserved for Charles Stewart.
