Hello Bobby, A little late in answering your plea.....and I guess you can say I am kinda kin. My link is thru the mother of Frank M. Rigsdell b. 1865 in MS. d 1960 in Texas. His mother, Sarah b. 1832 d. 1910 is the wife of my 2nd g-grandfather, James Mitchell Pierce (1814-1881). She was in fact, his third wife and they married late in life. They had no children. I have a copy of their marriage certificate from Copiah Co., MS. dated 26 Oct 1876. It is the old type, fill in the blanks, so it's not an extract. They had trouble spelling her name and she is listed as Mrs. Sarah Ridgley twice on the document, and finally as Rigsdell the final entry of her name. I was not able to find this couple on the 1880 Census for Copiah or Jefferson Co., MS. But I need to look for them again. My grandfather was living at that time, in Copiah Co., MS. and he is buried there, supposedly he died in 1881. I don't know how or when your Sarah got to Texas, but she did. I have a photo of her and some of the other family's grave markers. Would you like me to attach a copy to you? I can do that. Let me know. Happy to hear from you. Leslie
