Thanks for replying to my post. The Ristua line is way out on the fringes of my tree, so I haven't put much effort there. The Ristau names you mention do not appear in my data. However, there may yet be a connection. I have a Minnie Rahn (b. abt 1870) whose parents are David Rahn and Christine Heinke. Could this be the Wilhelmine that you mention? My connection is by Minnie's sister Aguste who married Wilhelm David Firch. If this is indeed your family please confirm so I can add Wilhelmine's details to my file. Perhaps then I will put more effort into tieing up the loose Ristaus.
