Hello Karlie! Bari is located in southern Italy "on the heel of the boot" and is quite a distance from the Val di Non (northern Italy). The Rizzi families from the two areas do not appear to be related. However, you may want to try to find the microfilms at the FHC for Bari. The province is also called Bari and is located in the Puglia region. The town itself sits on the Adriatic Sea. Hope this helps.
