To the interested ROBARTS - this name is definitely French. I am doing some research for families of this area of Saint-Claude, Manitoba CANADA. The Robart family came to Manitoba in the 1890s. They came from the province of Ardennes, France. A few years later (1899), one of them named Louis Robart left for California, and he was never heard of afterwards. The remaining Robart descendants here, would like to find out what happened to him and his family.
